Morphological description, genetic diversity and population structure of safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) mini core collection using SRAP and SSR markers

open access: yesBiotechnology & Biotechnological Equipment, 2020
This study was conducted to investigate the genetic diversity and population structure of globally diverse mini core collection of safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) using agro-morphological, sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and simple ...

GENETIC DIVERSITY AND RELATIONSHIPS OF CLEMENTINE MANDARIN ACCESSIONS AS ASSESSED USING SRAP MARKERS

open access: yesActa Horticulturae, 2011
Diversity and relationships in 42 Clementine mandarins were analysed by using SRAP markers. Using 21 SRAP primer combinations 125 bands were obtained, of which 5 bands were polymorphic (4%). Genetic relationships estimated using simple matching coefficient and similarities of Clementines was very high (0.96-1.00).

Genotyping Lupinus angustifolius cultivars with SRAP molecular markers and degenerate primers

open access: yesThe EuroBiotech Journal, 2017
Abstract We examined 18 combinations of SRAP primers with resistance gene analog (RGA) and chitinase degenerate primers in order to determine their utility for genotyping L. angustifolius. Primer pairs ResAn51-f/Me8, p-loop/Em5, TM/Me8, Chit3-r/Em5 were the most effective for detection of genetic polymorphism of different narrow-leaved ...

A genetic linkage map of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L) combining SRAP and ISSR markers [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and Inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers are both simple and efficient maker systems adapted to many crops and for multiple purposes.

Estrogen receptor alpha/beta ratio and estrogen receptor beta as predictors of endocrine therapy responsiveness-a randomized neoadjuvant trial comparison between anastrozole and tamoxifen for the treatment of postmenopausal breast cancer [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Background: the role of estrogen receptor beta (ER-beta) in breast cancer (BC) remains unclear. Some studies have suggested that ER-beta may oppose the actions of estrogen receptor alpha (ER-alpha), and clinical evidence has indicated that the loss of ER-
