[Novel molecular marker systems--SRAP and TRAP and their application].

Yi chuan = Hereditas, 2006
SRAP and TRAP are two kinds of newly developed molecular marker systems with the advantages of simplicity, high throughput, numerous co-dominant makers, highly reproducibility and ready to sequence, especially preferential targeting ORFs. The principle and protocol of SRAP and TRAP, which were developed in Brassica and Helianthus crops firstly, are ...

The Construction of Molecular Genetic Map of Barley Using SRAP Markers

2012
Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers, a novel PCR-based molecular marker technique, were successfully applied in map construction, cultivar identification, diversity evaluation, comparative genomics, and gene location of different plant species.

Genetic diversity of pepper genotypes as assessed by SRAP markers

2017
Turkey’s geographical position played animportant role in spread of pepper cultivation in neighbouring countries, and alarge number of cultivars and landraces are grown in commercial production inTurkey. The performance of pepper breeding depends on discovery of new sourcesof genetic variation, identification of accessions with useful traits, and ...

[Genetic diversity of wild Cynodon dactylon germplasm detected by SRAP markers].

Yi chuan = Hereditas, 2009
Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) molecular markers were used to detect the genetic diversity of 32 wild accessions of Cynodon dactylon collected from Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Tibet, China. The following results were obtained. (1) Fourteen primer pairs produced 132 polymorphic bands, averaged 9.4 bands per primer pair.

[Analysis of genetic relationships of Pueraria thomsonii based on SRAP markers].

Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2011
To determine the interspecies relationships of 18 Pueraria thomsonii cultivars in molecular level.Eighteen P. thomsonii cultivars were evaluated by using sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) markers, with P. lobata and P. peduncularis as contrast species. Systematic relationships were constructed based on the UPGMA method by TREECONW software.

MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION OF LOCAL TURKISH CIRGALAN PEPPER GENOTYPES VIA SRAP MARKERS

Cırgalan pepper is a local cultivar that has been grown in Kayseri for many years, consumed as powdered pepper after being dried and has essential value for the spice market. However, these cultivars have lost their production areas because of yield and quality losses.
