Integrated Bulk–Surface Engineering Stabilizes MA‐Free Wide‐Bandgap Perovskites for Tandem Photovoltaics

High‐bromide wide‐bandgap perovskites suffer from defects and phase segregation, limiting tandem performance. We report a bulk–surface coupling effect to heal lattice/surface defects and suppress halide migration. Discovery of a First‐in‐Class Covalent Allosteric SHP1 Inhibitor with Immunotherapeutic Activity

A covalent allosteric inhibitor M029 was discovered for SHP1, a novel target for immunotherapy. M029 binds to a cryptic Cys remote from the active site, exhibits robust target engagement, and blocks tumor progression by stimulating antitumor immune response.

This paper presents a pixel‐by‐pixel on‐chip silicon‐based micro‐reflector device (SMRD) for µLEDs that enables simultaneous light‐extraction enhancement and directional emission control. The scalable architecture significantly improves forward light utilization and suppresses pixel crosstalk.
