A stability indicating LC method for Rivastigmine hydrogen tartrate

Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, 2005
An isocratic, reversed-phase liquid chromatographic (RPLC) method was developed for the quantitative determination of Rivastigmine hydrogen tartrate, a cholinesterase inhibitor in bulk drugs and in pharmaceutical dosage forms. The developed method is also applicable for the related substance determination of Rivastigmine hydrogen tartrate in bulk drugs.

Stability‐indicating chemometric methods for the determination of pyritinol dihydrochloride

Drug Testing and Analysis, 2009
AbstractThree multivariate calibration methods, including classical least square with nonzero intercept (CLS), principal component regression (PCR) and partial least square (PLS), have been used for the determination of pyritinol dihydrochloride in the presence of its degradation product.
