2011 International Conference on Electric Technology and Civil Engineering (ICETCE), 2011One tunnel located in the north east of Ping Ding Shan city be used to put 5 steel pipes for transporting cinder of the power plant in the city. The tunnel region is just the mining coal subsidence area., so the surrounding rock stability of the tunnel is complicated problem because of strata displacement and subsidence because of mining coal.
