Intrinsic Stabilizers of Planar Curves
Regularization offers a powerful framework for signal reconstruction by enforcing weak constraints through the use of stabilizers. Stabilizers are functionals measuring the degree of smoothness of a surface. The nature of those functionals constrains the

Extension of stabilizers on subtraction algebras [PDF]
This paper explores the intersection between the class of bounded subtraction algebras and the class of Boolean algebras, demonstrating their equivalence.

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Retirement, health, unemployment, the business cycle and automatic stabilization in the OECD [PDF]
Official adjustments of the budget balance to the cycle assume that the only category of gov-ernment spending that responds automatically to the cycle is unemployment compensation. But estimates show otherwise.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Penttila, Praeger and Woods [2], it has been shown that stabilizers of filters (equivalently, stabilizers of ideals) play a crucial role in the study of maximal subgroups of infinite symmetric groups.

Impact of Gel Brine on Proteolytic, Microbiological, Textural Properties of Raw Milk Cheese
Using raw milk in cheesemaking poses several risks and often requires higher salt levels. Gel brine is a promising brining method to reduce salt and to prevent excessive softening, yet it was not employed to raw milk cheese before.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Are Countercyclical Fiscal Policies Counterproductive? [PDF]
Economists generally believe that countercyclical fiscal policies have stabilizing effects that work through automatic stabilizers and discretionary actions.
