Prion‐Like Protein LENG8‐Mediated Nucleation Drives Stress Granule Assembly

LENG8 is a newly identified stress granule (SG) nucleator required for SG assembly. Following stress, nuclear LENG8 granules disassemble, allowing LENG8 to translocate into the cytoplasm and form independent nucleation foci. These foci fuse with canonical early G3BP1/TIA1 seeds via LENG8‐TIA1 binding to drive SG maturation.

Sex‐ and Time‐Resolved Physiological and Gut Ecosystem Responses to a Food‐Grade Microbiome‐Targeted Intervention in Collegiate Endurance Athletes

In collegiate endurance athletes, a 6‐week randomized CPYE intervention yielded time‐ and sex‐dependent shifts in field‐based cardiorespiratory, metabolic, and redox indices, accompanied by changes in gut multi‐omics profiles. An exploratory extension during intensified training generates hypotheses warranting future validation.

Helicobacter pylori‐Induced Persistent IGF2BP1 Activation Promotes Ferroptosis Resistance in Gastric Tumorigenesis

Helicobacter pylori infection induces sustained upregulation of the RNA‐binding protein IGF2BP1 in gastric epithelial cells, establishing a persistent epitranscriptomic program. Microglial TSPAN4‐Dependent Migrasomes Promote Pathological Retinal Neovascularization via Immune‐Vascular Crosstalk

Combined high‐glucose and hypoxic stress switches microglia into a TSPAN4‐dependent migrasome‐producing state. Structural Basis of Lymphangiogenic Receptor VEGFR‐3 Activation Mediated by Distinctive Clustering of the Ligand–Receptor Complex

VEGF‐C and its receptor VEGFR‐3 are critical for lymphangiogenesis. Cryo‐EM structures of the VEGFR‐3/VEGF‐C ectodomain complex reveal a canonical 2:2 ligand–receptor hetero‐tetramer that further assembles into higher‐order clusters beyond simple receptor dimerization.
