Advanced Science, EarlyView.Zheng et al. designed a tumor microenvironment (TME)‐responsive nanosystem, HmBMH@MSA‐2. It targets tumors, releases MSA‐2 and Mn ions in high glutathione (GSH) conditions, achieving STING agonist delivery and MRI. The nanosystem promotes chemodynamic therapy (CDT), achieves radiosensitization, and activates the cGAS‐STING pathway.
