Online calibration for star trackers [PDF]
Star trackers are perhaps the most accurate means of measuring a spacecraft's orientation in space and are becoming a popular sensing instrument for attitude determination systems amongst conventional larger satellites as well as micro satellites. In order to produce and maintain high fidelity measurements, the systematic effects of lens distortion and

Global field-of-view imaging model and parameter optimization for high dynamic star tracker.
With the expansion of applications, star trackers break through the domain of traditional applications and operate under high dynamic environments. These new applications require high maneuverability and render the analyses and conclusions of previous ...

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Mitochondrial remodeling shapes neural and glial lineage progression by matching metabolic supply with demand. Elevated OXPHOS supports differentiation and myelin formation, while myelin compaction lowers mitochondrial dependence, revealing mitochondria as key drivers of developmental energy adaptation.

Compact Monolithic Star Tracker System
A compact, low-cost star tracker system tailored for small satellite applications was designed and prototyped. The system was designed with a fast f/1.2 aperture, a 20 × 13° field of view, and a theoretical angular resolution of 10 arcs—sufficient for ...

Non-dimensional Star-Identification
This study introduces a new "Non-Dimensional" star identification algorithm to reliably identify the stars observed by a wide field-of-view star tracker when the focal length and optical axis offset values are known with poor accuracy.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.
