Plastin‐2 (PLS2) is identified as a dual‐function receptor on DCs that mediates both nanoparticle uptake and immunomodulation. A nanobody‐LNP platform is engineered to integrate antigen delivery with relicensing DCs. The therapeutic strategy elicits potent anti‐tumor T cell responses and leads to significant inhibition of established tumors in vivo ...

ARHGEF3 is broadly downregulated across human cancers and correlates with patient prognosis. Tumor‐intrinsic ARHGEF3 activates the RHOA–ROCK–PTEN cascade to inhibit AKT signaling, thereby promoting chemokine‐driven T‐cell infiltration and relieving lipid‐mediated myeloid immunosuppression.

Differential effects of Stat3 inhibition in sparse vs confluent normal and breast cancer cells
The signal transducer and activator of transcription-3 (Stat3) is persistently activated in many cancers such as cancer of the breast and is required for transformation by a number of oncogenes.

Stat3 Activity Is Required for Gap Junctional Permeability in Normal Rat Liver Epithelial Cells
Neoplastic transformation by oncogenes such as activated Src is known to suppress gap junctional, intercellular communication (GJIC). One of the Src effector pathways leading to GJIC suppression and transformation is the Ras/Raf/Mek/Erk, so that ...

Hepatic HDGF as a key mediator in coordinating hepatic steatosis and intrahepatic crosstalk in MASLD. Activation of HDGF facilitates its interaction with both STAT3 and S6K1, driving the S6K1‐dependent STAT3 phosphorylation and subsequently enhancing hepatic lipogenesis.

Endogenous Engineering Reprograms Extracellular Vesicles for Enhanced Therapeutic Function
This review explains how Extracellular vesicles‐producing cells can be endogenously engineered to load therapeutic proteins and nucleic acids. We summarize physiological and genetic strategies that harness native sorting pathways for selective cargo loading.
