This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

Research on the static contact angle algorithm of raindrop
Abstract In the aerospace field, the raindrop spread is inhibited. After coming into contact with the wing wall, it rapidly contracts, and the surface energy is reconverted into kinetic energy, causing the raindrop to bounce off the surface. The main characteristic parameter of superhydrophobicity is the contact angle.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Long‐Term Efficacy of Immunotherapy in Autoimmune Autonomic Ganglionopathy—A 10‐Year Follow Up Study
ABSTRACT Objective Autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy (AAG) is a rare but potentially treatable cause of severe autonomic failure. Evidence guiding long‐term immunotherapy, treatment sequencing, and residual autonomic impairment is limited. We evaluated long‐term treatment response, residual autonomic dysfunction, and relapse patterns in patients with

Objective We examined whether 18 months of strength training in individuals with knee varus alignment and medial tibiofemoral osteoarthritis (OA) reduced knee joint loads during walking compared to an attention control group. Methods This study was a secondary analysis of a randomized clinical trial that compared the effects of strength training to a ...

Fabrication of superhydrophobic surface by redox process and its anti-icing performance
Superhydrophobic surfaces with excellent hydrophobic properties were prepared by chemical redox process. The surface wettability and morphology were characterized and analyzed by contact angle measurement and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).
