Targeting the PDK1/c‐Myc/SOX10 Signaling in Oligodendrocytes Alleviates Neuropathic Pain
This work reveals that oligodendrocyte homeostasis, mediated by PDK1, is a critical determinant of neuropathic pain (NPP) pathogenesis. Disruption of PDK1 in oligodendrocytes impairs SOX10‐dependent myelination programs through c‐Myc accumulation, leading to disrupted myelination and the pathophysiology of NPP.

Probing the Low-velocity Regime of Nonradiative Shocks with Neutron Star Bow Shocks
Nonradiative shocks accelerate particles and heat astrophysical plasmas. While supernova remnants are the most well-studied example, neutron star (NS) bow shocks are also nonradiative and Balmer dominated.

HNRNPD promotes radioresistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma by enhancing stress granule assembly and sequestering GRAMD4 mRNA. This suppresses GRAMD4 translation and inhibits mitochondrial apoptosis. Targeting the integrated stress response with ISRIB restores GRAMD4 expression and sensitizes tumors to radiotherapy, revealing a translational control ...

This study demonstrates that iron overload triggers widespread chromatin compaction and transcriptional repression in human granulosa cells, recapitulating features of endometriosis. The epigenetic reprogramming is orchestrated by a TFEB‐SOX4‐SWI/SNF axis, with SOX4 acting as a central, dosage‐sensitive regulator.

Temporal Interference Stimulation Enhances Neural Regeneration
Temporal interference (TI) stimulation is proposed as a non‐invasive approach to enhance neural regeneration in the deep brain. Theta‐band TI modulation selectively promotes neural progenitor cell differentiation in vitro and augments hippocampal neurogenesis in amouse model of Alzheimer's disease‐like amyloidosis.

Streams and Bubbles: Tidal Shaping of Hydrodynamic Planetary Outflows
Planets, especially those close to their host stars, lose mass to atmospheric outflows, a process that is thought to shape the bimodal population of gaseous giant and rocky terrestrial exoplanets in close orbits.
