Orbital Lymphatic Malformations Are Associated With Intracranial Vascular Anomalies

In this retrospective series, all seven patients with orbital lymphatic malformations had intracranial vascular anomalies consistent with cerebrofacial venous metameric syndrome and hotspot PIK3CA variants identified through tissue‐based sequencing. Five patients treated with alpelisib experienced symptom improvement within 6 months.

Extreme Optical Field Confinement and Enhancement in a Plasmonic Picopatch Within a Nanoparticle‐on‐Mirror Resonator

A picopatch in a plasmonic nanocavity confines the electromagnetic energy to tiny effective volumes, close to 1nm3, leading to extreme electric field enhancements. Comparative Effects of Angiotensin Receptor Blockers on Blood Pressure and Serum Urate in Patients With Hypertension and Hyperuricaemia: A Systematic Review and Network Meta‐Analysis

Allisartan ranked best for serum urate reduction and showed favourable blood pressure control, whereas losartan also performed well overall. These rankings may inform ARB selection but should be interpreted cautiously because of inconsistency, heterogeneity and sparse direct evidence.
