Rotation‐Based Snap‐Fit Mechanical Metamaterials
This article introduces a rotational snap‐fit structure composed of a circular cantilever beam snap‐fit and a circular groove. It demonstrates multistability during the rotation process. This innovative design has potential applications in various fields, such as mechanical metamaterials, shape deformation, and robotic grippers, showcasing its ...

Anisotropic Jeans models of stellar kinematics: second moments including proper motions and radial velocities [PDF]
This is an addendum to the paper by Cappellari (2008, MNRAS, 390, 71), which presented a simple and efficient method to model the stellar kinematics of axisymmetric stellar systems.

KINEMATICS AND STELLAR POPULATIONS IN ISOLATED LENTICULAR GALAXIES
By combining new long-slit spectral data obtained with the Southern African Large Telescope (SALT) for 9 galaxies with previously published our observations for additional 12 galaxies we study the stellar and gaseous kinematics as well as radially resolved stellar population properties and ionized gas metallicity and excitation for a sample of isolated

Cation diffusion causes an increase in the catalytically active MIEC region in solid oxide cells. Simultaneously, it leads to the additional formation and growth of secondary structures in the electrolyte, which reduces the oxygen diffusion. Abstract High‐temperature solid oxide cells are highly efficient energy converters.

Stream Members Only: Data-driven Characterization of Stellar Streams with Mixture Density Networks
Stellar streams are sensitive probes of the Milky Way’s gravitational potential. The mean track of a stream constrains global properties of the potential, while its fine-grained surface density constrains galactic substructure. A precise characterization

The detailed structure of the Galactic bulge still remain uncertain. The strong difficulties of obtaining observations of stars in the Galactic bulge have hindered the acquisition of a kinematic representation for the inner kpc of the Milky Way.

Late-type stars members of young stellar kinematic groups [PDF]
We have compiled a catalog of late-type stars (F5-M) member of representative young disk stellar kinematic groups: the Local Association (Pleiades moving group, 20 - 150 Myr), Ursa Mayor group (Sirius supercluster, 300 Myr), and Hyades supercluster (600 Myr).
