The Role of Magnetic Fields in AGN Activity and Feedback
Active galactic nuclei (AGNs), the luminous, compact core regions of galaxies where accretion occurs onto supermassive black holes, can dramatically influence their entire host galaxy evolution by a process referred to as AGN feedback. Energy feedback to

Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron

Recent convincing evidence is found within asteroseismology that suggests the magnetic fields exist in three red giants. Research on small-scale magnetic fields in the Sun and HD 49385 has shown that they have a certain corrective effect on the ...

Magnetic flux transport simulations : applications to solar and stellar magnetic fields
Magnetic fields play a key role in a wide variety of phenomena found on the Sun. One such phenomena is the Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) where a large amount of material is ejected from the Sun.

Electroactive Metal–Organic Frameworks for Electrocatalysis
Electrocatalysis is crucial in sustainable energy conversion as it enables efficient chemical transformations. The review discusses how metal–organic frameworks can revolutionize this field by offering tailorable structures and active site tunability, enabling efficient and selective electrocatalytic processes.

An Efficient Tidal Dissipation Mechanism via Stellar Magnetic Fields
Recent work suggests that inwardly propagating internal gravity waves (IGWs) within a star can be fully converted to outward magnetic waves if they encounter a sufficiently strong magnetic field.

Magnetic fields in axisymmetric neutron stars
We derive general equations for axisymmetric Newtonian magnetohydrodynamics and use these as the basis of a code for calculating equilibrium configurations of rotating magnetized neutron stars in a stationary state.

Magnetic Control of Chiral Hybridized Phonon Magnetic Moments in Ferrimagnets Fe2‐xZnxMo3O8
Helicity‐resolved magneto‐Raman spectroscopy reveals magnetic control of chiral phonon magnetic moments in polar ferrimagnet (ZnxFe2−xMo3O₈). Large spontaneous zero‐field phonon splittings, selective phonon–magnon coupling, and asymmetric Zeeman responses demonstrate that phonon chirality is governed by magnon‐phonon coupling and magnetization.
