Nearly one in five unmarried Tanzanian women did not use a condom during their last sexual encounter. Education, parity, and sexual behavior significantly influence non‐use, highlighting the need for targeted sexuality education and empowerment interventions to improve condom uptake and reduce STI and unintended pregnancy risks.
