Electro‐Steric Ion Confinement in Polyelectrolyte Networks for Robust Nonvolatile Artificial Synapse

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polyelectrolyte stoichiometry governs ion transport and retention in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. A PSS‐rich network creates electro‐steric ion confinement that suppresses ion back‐diffusion and stabilizes channel doping, enabling robust nonvolatile synaptic memory, linear weight updates, and low‐energy operation.

Approximation of stochastic differential equations driven by alpha-stable Levy motion [PDF]

open access: yes
In this paper we present a result on convergence of approximate solutions of stochastic differential equations involving integrals with respect to alpha-stable Levy motion.

Algebraic polynomials and moments of stochastic integrals [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
We propose an algebraic method for proving estimates on moments of stochastic integrals. The method uses qualitative properties of roots of algebraic polynomials from certain general classes.

The Averaging Principle for Caputo Type Fractional Stochastic Differential Equations with Lévy Noise

open access: yesFractal and Fractional
In this paper, the averaging principle for Caputo type fractional stochastic differential equations with Lévy noise is investigated with consideration of a new method for dealing with singular integrals.

Solution‐Processed Thin‐Film Transistors With Tunable Temporal Dynamics for Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed CNT and CNT/P3HT ion‐gated transistors exhibit materials‐defined synaptic timescales: fast CNT devices for high‐frequency spiking and slow hybrid devices for temporal integration. Embedding these dynamics into coupled reservoir‐computing and spiking neural network simulations reveals that a Hybrid‐Reservoir / CNT‐SNN architecture ...

Boundedness of set-valued stochastic integrals

open access: yes, 2015
The paper deals with integrably boundedness of Itô set-valued stochastic integrals defined by E.J. Jung and J.H. Kim in the paper [4], where has not been proved that this integral is integrably bounded.

Ultrasmall High‐Entropy Materials: Nanoscale Effects, Synthesis, and Mechanistic Insights

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This review article focuses on sub‐10 nm high‐entropy materials that combine nanoscale design with complex compositions for next‐generation applications. ABSTRACT Ultrasmall high‐entropy nanomaterials (USHENMs, <10 nm) merge multicomponent chemistry with size‐dependent effects, forming a distinct class of materials with unprecedented properties.

How to Solve Dynamic Stochastic Models Computing Expectations Just Once [PDF]

open access: yes
We introduce a technique called "precomputation of integrals" that makes it possible to compute conditional expectations in dynamic stochastic models in the initial stage of the solution procedure.

Properties of set-valued stochastic integrals

open access: yes, 2006
We introduce set-valued stochastic integrals driven by a square-integrable martingale and by a semimartingale.

Extremal behavior of stochastic volatility models [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
Empirical volatility changes in time and exhibits tails, which are heavier than normal. Moreover, empirical volatility has - sometimes quite substantial - upwards jumps and clusters on high levels.
