Cancer SciDurable antitumor immunity depends on continuous clonal replacement: immune checkpoint inhibitors that drive sustainable, polyclonal mobilization of T‐cell clones from tumor‐draining lymph nodes sustain tumor control, whereas limited, oligoclonal mobilization allows pre‐existing clones to become exhausted, leading to immune escape.
