Stochastic permanence of solution to stochastic non-autonomous logistic equation with jumps [PDF]

open access: yesBulletin of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Series: Physics and Mathematics, 2019
It is investigated the non-autonomous logistic differential equation with disturbance of coeffcients by white noise, centered and non-centered Poisson noises. The coeffcients of equation are locally Lipschitz continuous but do not satisfy the linear growth condition.

Stochastic Permanence, Stationary Distribution and Extinction of a Single-Species Nonlinear Diffusion System with Random Perturbation [PDF]

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
We analyze the influence of stochastic perturbations on a single-species logistic model with the population’s nonlinear diffusion among n patches. First, we show that this system has a unique positive solution.

Permanence and Extinction of Stochastic Logistic System with Feedback Control under Regime Switching [PDF]

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2015
We study a stochastic logistic system with feedback control under regime switching. Sufficient conditions for extinction, non-persistence in the mean, weak persistence, and persistence in the mean are established.

Conditions for permanence and ergodicity of certain stochastic predator–prey models [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Applied Probability, 2016
Abstract In this paper we derive sufficient conditions for the permanence and ergodicity of a stochastic predator–prey model with a Beddington–DeAngelis functional response. The conditions obtained are in fact very close to the necessary conditions. Both nondegenerate and degenerate diffusions are considered.

Population dynamical behavior of non-autonomous Lotka-Volterra competitive system with random perturbation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
In this paper, we consider a non-autonomous stochastic Lotka-Volterra competitive system dxi(t) = xi(t)[(bi(t)¡ nPj=1aij (t)xj (t))dt+¾i(t)dBi(t)], where Bi(t) (i = 1; 2; ¢ ¢ ¢ ; n) are independent standard Brownian motions. Some dynamical properties are

Extinction and recurrence of multi-group SEIR epidemic [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
In this paper, we consider a class of multi-group SEIR epidemic models with stochastic perturbations. By the method of stochastic Lyapunov functions, we study their asymptotic behavior in terms of the intensity of the stochastic perturbations and the ...

Stochastic Predator-Prey System Subject to Lévy Jumps

open access: yesDiscrete Dynamics in Nature and Society, 2016
This paper investigates a new nonautonomous impulsive stochastic predator-prey system with the omnivorous predator. First, we show that the system has a unique global positive solution for any given initial positive value.

Dynamical Behavior of a Nonautonomous Stochastic Modified Bazykin Model

open access: yesJournal of Chemistry, 2019
In this article, a nonautonomous stochastic modified Bazykin model is introduced. The positive solution is proved to be unique and global for any initial data via stochastic comparison theorem and Itô formula.

A Novel Sparse Cellular Labeling System with Tunable Gradients and Long-Term Stability. [PDF]

open access: yesAdv Sci (Weinh)
The Tri‐M (Multi‐recombinase, Multi‐recognition site, and Multi‐nested) sparse cellular labeling system, built upon competitive recombination, integrates transgenic mice with viral injection to achieve tunable and long‐term stable sparse labeling of specific cell types with region selectivity, from sparse populations to individual cells, facilitating ...
