Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation
ABSTRACT This study characterizes movement disorders and treatment responses in seven children with Aicardi–Goutières syndrome (AGS). We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.

Stopping Inappropriate Medicines in the Outpatient Setting
Medicines are prescribed for patients, usually appropriately, in response to illness and symptoms. Many are continued for life, especially when prescribed for chronic conditions. A Two‐Stage Questionnaire and Actigraphy Screening for iRBD in a Multicenter Retrospective Cohort
ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid‐eye‐movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodromal marker of synucleinopathies. However, most cases remain undiagnosed due to the insufficient predictive value of questionnaires and limited access to confirmatory video‐polysomnography. We assessed a two‐stage screening strategy combining a brief questionnaire on rapid‐

Augmenting and Assaying Nav1.1 Protein Quantity for Dravet Syndrome Therapy
ABSTRACT Dravet Syndrome (DS) is a developmental and epileptic encephalopathy predominantly caused by heterozygous loss‐of‐function variants in SCN1A, which encodes Nav1.1. Conserved upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in SCN1A were validated to regulate translation in reporter assays, demonstrating the therapeutic viability of increasing Nav1.1 from ...
