On the stopping rule defining Sets schemes for detecting a change in distribution [PDF]
E' mostrato che la stopping rule definente gli schemi Sets generali per l'individuazione di cambiamenti in distribuzione è una "equalizer rule" questo assicura che per tali schemi la minimizzazione dell'ARL fuori controllo è un criterio adeguato per ...

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.

On the stopping distance and stopping redundancy of codes [PDF]
—It is now well known that the performance of a linear code under iterative decoding on a binary erasure channel (and other channels) is determined by the size of the smallest stopping set in the Tanner graph for.

We present robust protocols for the preparation of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) incorporating either Salmonella smooth LPS or outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). We use a combination of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and fluorescence microscopy to both characterize the SLBs of various compositions and to probe their interactions ...
