Design of a Tri-linked Symmetry IGCT Phase Module with Compact Structure

open access: yesKongzhi Yu Xinxi Jishu, 2015
It designed a tri-linked structural symmetry IGCT phase module based on NPC three-level circuit with high density and high reliability. Its electrical design, press mounting design and water-cooling design are highly integrated within one unit.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

High Frequency Snubber Circuit for SiC MOSFET Module

open access: yesKongzhi Yu Xinxi Jishu, 2016
During high frequency switching condition, overvoltage caused by the coupling oscillation between distributed parameters(inductance, capacitor) on Silicon Cabide(SiC) device will easily lead to breakdown damage of devices and the generated ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Application of Low Stray Inductance Bus-bar Technology in IGBT Converter

open access: yesKongzhi Yu Xinxi Jishu, 2012
It studied laminated busbars which were widely used in IGBT converters, analyzed the generation of overvoltage on switching devices and the way to limit them. The basic model of laminated busbar was established.

Colorectal cancer‐derived FGF19 is a metabolically active serum biomarker that exerts enteroendocrine effects on mouse liver

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Mechanism of gate voltage spike under digital gate control at IGBT switching operations

open access: yesPower Electronic Devices and Components
This paper reports the mechanism of gate voltage spike in the turn-off operation by a digital gate control. In the previous work, it was clarified that the gate voltage spike Vg_spike was generated by parasitic inductance and a large gate current change ...

Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...
