Alimentary Pharmacology &Therapeutics, EarlyView.In this nationwide study of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, TNF inhibitor use was associated with higher bloodstream infection rates, whereas vedolizumab and ustekinumab was not. Associations differed by pathogen species, and concomitant glucocorticoid use was associated with higher infection rates.
