Stress-energy-momentum tensors in constraint field theories [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Physics, 1997
We observe no conventional energy-momentum conservation law in classical field theory, but relations involving different stress-energy-momentum tensors which differ from each other in currents of Noether type. They can be conserved if some internal symmetries present.

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Work Stress of Covid-19 Health Workers: Analysis of Factors in Public Health Centres and Hospitals in Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia

open access: yesPublic Health of Indonesia
Background: Work-related stress occurs when occupational stressors, either individually or in combination with other factors, interact with personal characteristics, resulting in disturbances to physiological and psychological equilibrium. The emergence

Neural analysis of elastoplastic plane stress problem with unilateral constraints

open access: yesComputer Assisted Methods in Engineering and Science, 2022
The paper is a development and continuation of paper [8] where the Panagiotopoulos approach was extended for the elastoplastic analysis. In case of elastic analysis the parameters of the Hopfield-Tank Neural Network (HTNN) are calibrated only once but ...

Versatile vector tools for efficient protein screening across multiple expression systems

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
A unified vector toolkit enables rapid protein expression screening across E. coli, insect, and mammalian cells. A single primer pair amplifies the target gene, which is inserted into any vector via a standardized interface. This streamlined workflow eliminates repeated cloning steps, accelerating the identification of optimal expression conditions for

Cyclic azapeptide CD36 ligand attenuates cardiac injury and reduces long‐chain fatty acid accumulation after myocardial ischemia–reperfusion in mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.
