Euclidean Jordan algebras and some conditions over the spectra of a strongly regular graph
Let G be a primitive strongly regular graph G such that the regularity is less than half of the order of G and A its matrix of adjacency, and let đ be the real Euclidean Jordan algebra of real symmetric matrices of order n spanned by the identity matrix ...

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RASâmutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RASâmutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in highâgrade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikreinârelated peptidases (KLK) 4â7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumorâderived NESâlike (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

On the Nomura algebras of formally self-dual association schemes of class 2 [PDF]
ââIn this paperâ, âthe type-II matrices on (negative) Latin square graphs are considered and it is proved thatâ, âunder certain conditionsâ, âthe Nomura algebras of such type-II matrices are trivialâ.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patientâderived xenograft (HuâoPDX) mouse model of highâgrade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumorâimmune interactions. Using combined antiâPDâL1/antiâCD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumorâintrinsic signaling in nonâsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERKâEMT signaling axis.

We analyze cisplatinâDNA adducts (CDAs) and doubleâstrand breaks (DSBs) in a cellâcycleâdependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in Sâphase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but Sâphase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

NKCC1: A key regulator of glioblastoma progression
Glioblastoma (GBM) progression is driven by disrupted chloride cotransporter homeostasis. NKCC1 is highly expressed in stemâlike, astrocytic, and progenitor cells, correlating with earlier recurrence, while overall survival remains unaffected. NKCC1 serves as a prognostic marker and potential therapeutic target, linking chloride transporter imbalance ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a prolineârich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to buildâup of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...
