Non-existence of (76,30,8,14) strongly regular graph
We prove the non-existence of strongly regular graph with parameters $(76,30,8,14)$. We use Euclidean representation of a strongly regular graph together with a new lower bound on the number of 4-cliques to derive strong structural properties of the ...

Statistically strongly regular matrices and some core theorems
We define the statistically strongly regular matrices analogous to the strongly regular matrices, and further we use these matrices to establish necessary and sufficient conditions to prove some core theorems.

The PI3Kδ inhibitor roginolisib (IOA‐244) preserves T‐cell function and activity
Identification of novel PI3K inhibitors with limited immune‐related adverse effects is highly sought after. We found that roginolisib and idelalisib inhibit chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) cells and Treg suppressive functions to similar extents, but roginolisib affects cytotoxic T‐cell function and promotion of pro‐inflammatory T helper subsets to a

Strongly Involution k-regular nil clean ring
This article is about A-rings R, for which every element is a sum of an involution k-regular element and a nilpotent element, which commute with each other. These rings are called strongly involution k-regular nil-clean rings or SIKRNC rings.

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Generalized bent Boolean functions and strongly regular Cayley graphs [PDF]
In this paper we define the (edge-weighted) Cayley graph associated to a generalized Boolean function, introduce a notion of strong regularity and give several of its properties.

This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

5-Chromatic Strongly Regular Graphs [PDF]
In this paper, we begin the determination of all primitive strongly regular graphs with chromatic number equal to 5.Using eigenvalue techniques, we show that there are at most 43 possible parameter sets for such a graph. For each parameter set, we must ...
