Underwater image matching by incorporating structural constraints
Underwater robot plays an important role in underwater perception and manipulation tasks. Vision information processing is essential for the intelligent perception of an underwater robot, in which image matching is a fundamental topic.

Stability constraints on large-scale structural brain networks
Stability is an important dynamical property of complex systems and underpins a broad range of coherent self-organized behaviour. Based on evidence that some neurological disorders correspond to linear instabilities,we hypothesize that stability ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Model selection in regression under structural constraints
The paper considers model selection in regression under the additional structural constraints on admissible models where the number of potential predictors might be even larger than the available sample size.

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Constraints on extended neutral gauge structures [PDF]
Indirect precision data are used to constrain the masses of possible extra Z^prime bosons and their mixings with the ordinary Z. We study a variety of Z^prime bosons as they appear in E_6 and left-right unification models, the sequential Z boson, and the example of an additional U(1) in a concrete model from heterotic string theory.
