Learning material synthesis-process-structure-property relationship by data fusion: Bayesian Coregionalization N-Dimensional Piecewise Function Learning [PDF]
Autonomous materials research labs require the ability to combine and learn from diverse data streams. This is especially true for learning material synthesis-process-structure-property relationships, key to accelerating materials optimization and discovery as well as accelerating mechanistic understanding.

Structure–activity relationship of amyloid fibrils [PDF]
Protein aggregation is a process in which proteins self‐associate into imperfectly ordered macroscopic entities. Such aggregates are generally classified as either amorphous or highly ordered, the most common form of the latter being amyloid fibrils. Amyloid fibrils composed of cross‐β‐sheet structure are the pathological hallmarks of several diseases ...

Circulating tumor cells: advancing personalized therapy in small cell lung cancer patients
Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive form of lung cancer that spreads rapidly to secondary sites such as the brain and liver. Cancer cells circulating in the blood, “circulating tumor cells” (CTCs), have demonstrated prognostic value in SCLC, and evaluating biomarkers on CTCs could guide treatment decisions such as for PARP inhibitors ...

SYNTHESIS AND ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF AMIDE DERIVATIVES FROM ACRYLOPIMARIC ACID
This paper reports on the synthesis of a series of amide derivatives from acrylopimaric acid (APA). The derivatives contained aromatic groups and were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, MS, and elemental analysis.

The LEXOVE prospective study evaluated plasma cell‐free extracellular vesicle (cfEV) dynamics using Bradford assay and dynamic light scattering in metastatic non‐small cell lung cancer patients undergoing first‐line treatments, correlating a ∆cfEV < 20% with improved median progression‐free survival in responders versus non‐responders.
