Classification of Interacting Topological Floquet Phases in One Dimension [PDF]
Periodic driving of a quantum system can enable new topological phases with no analog in static systems. In this paper we systematically classify one-dimensional topological and symmetry-protected topological (SPT) phases in interacting fermionic and ...

Genetic algorithm (GA) is one of the most useful methods to optimize topology of structures. The performance of GA, however, deeply depends upon a rule of coding from a structure to a string (a chromosome), which must be decided before the execution of GA.

In general, the braid structures in a topological space can be classified into algebraic forms and geometric forms. This paper investigates the properties of a braid structure involving 2-simplices and a set of directed braid-paths in view of algebraic ...

On the Generalization of Hilbert's Fifth Problem to Transitive Groupoids [PDF]
In the following paper we investigate the question: when is a transitive topological groupoid continuously isomorphic to a Lie groupoid? We present many results on the matter which may be considered generalizations of the Hilbert's fifth problem to this ...

The Topological Indices of the p-Subgroup Graph of Dihedral Groups
A topological index is a number generated from a molecular structure that signifies the molecule’s fundamental structural characteristics. This correlation between the index and various physical attributes is based on an algebraic quantity related to the

MISO Networks With Imperfect CSIT: A Topological Rate-Splitting Approach [PDF]
Recently, the Degrees-of-Freedom (DoFs) region of multiple-input-single-output (MISO) networks with imperfect channel state information at the transmitter (CSIT) has attracted significant attention.

Fraisse Limits, Ramsey Theory, and Topological Dynamics of Automorphism Groups [PDF]
We study in this paper some connections between the Fraisse theory of amalgamation classes and ultrahomogeneous structures, Ramsey theory, and topological dynamics of automorphism groups of countable structures.Comment: 73 pages, LaTeX 2e, to appear in ...

The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

Nonabelian cohomology jump loci from an analytic viewpoint
For a topological space, we investigate its cohomology support loci, sitting inside varieties of (nonabelian) representations of the fundamental group.
