Structure Optimization of Connecting Tubes of Distributor for Improving the Distribution Uniformity of Refrigerant

open access: yesZhileng xuebao, 2022
Air conditioning systems commonly adopt multipath heat exchangers, which require distributors to guide the two-phase refrigerant to each flow path of heat exchangers uniformly.

Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...

Research on Noise Reduction of Electronic Expansion Valve based on Air-entrained Cavitation

open access: yesZhileng xuebao, 2023
While small household refrigeration equipment such as air conditioners and refrigerators provide a comfortable home environment, the associated noise has become one of the key reasons behind consumer complaints.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Preliminary Design and Optimization of Primary Structures for a Tilt-Duct UAV

open access: yesAerospace
Tilt-duct Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) combine the high-speed efficiency of fixed-wing aircrafts with vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) and the hover capabilities of rotary-wing aircrafts while maximizing the advantages of ducted fans in terms of ...

Promiscuous stimulation of HSP70 ATPase activity by parasite‐derived J‐domains

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum exports three highly homologous yet functionally divergent J‐domain proteins into human erythrocytes. Here, we show that J‐domains isolated from all three proteins effectively stimulate the ATPase activity of both endogenous host and exported parasite HSP70 chaperones.

Design and Optimization of the Wall Climbing Robot for Magnetic Particle Detection of Ship Welds

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
At present, numerous wall-climbing robots have been developed, and applied in ship manufacturing for weld detection to ensure safe navigation. Limited by rigid mechanical structure and complex detection, mostly existing robots are hardly to complete weld
