Cyanidosilicates—Synthesis and Structure

Angewandte Chemie International Edition, 2019
AbstractStarting from fluoridosilicate precursors in neat cyanotrimethylsilane, Me3Si−CN, a series of different ammonium salts [R3NMe]+ (R=Et, nPr, nBu) with the novel [SiF(CN)5]2− and [Si(CN)6]2− dianions was synthesized in facile, temperature controlled F−/CN− exchange reactions.

Structural Synthesis of Multivariable Controllers

IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1984
The paper concerns the problem of achieving a desired transfer matrix between external inputs and controlled outputs of linear multivariable systems by connecting proper, stabilizing controllers between measured outputs and control inputs. Solutions are given in both transfer function and state-space frameworks.

Partial Structural Synthesis of Programs

Fundamenta Informaticae, 1997
The notion of partial deduction known from logic programming is defined in the framework of Structural Synthesis of Programs (SSP). Partial deduction for computability statements in SSP is defined. Completeness and correctness of partial deduction in the framework of SSP are proven. Several tactics and stopping criteria are suggested.

Evolutionary Synthesis of Complex Structures

2008 19th International Conference on Database and Expert Systems Applications, 2008
Synthesis, identification and control of the complex systems is usually extremely complicated. When classics methods are used, also some simplifications are done which leads to idealized solutions that are far away of reality. In the contrary, class of method based on evolutionary principles, is successfully used to solve this kind of problems with ...

The synthesis and structure of

Canadian Journal of Chemistry, 1987
The novel ferroceneophane [Formula: see text] 1c, is the product of the reaction of silicon tetrachloride with the dilithio derivative of N,N-dimethyl-α-ferrocenylethylamine. Crystals of 1c are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 15.275(2), b = 9.0869(4), c = 22.363(2) Å, β = 95.814(5)°, Z = 8, R = 0.037 for 2274 reflections.

Structure and the Synthesis of Life

Architectural Design, 2011
AbstractIn the laboratories of the Institute of Physics and Chemistry at the University of Southern Denmark, Martin Hanczyc has been creating simple protocells. Here he explains the principles behind the bottom‐up synthetic biology and why a clear analogy can be made between architecture and the self‐assembling protocell.

Synthesis of Thalprzewalskiinone, a Revision of Structure

Journal of Natural Products, 2001
A direct comparison of the spectral data for synthetic 2-methyl-6,7-dimethoxy-3'-methoxy-4'-hydroxyoxobenzylisoquinoline iodide (1) and its positional isomer 2-methyl-6,7-dimethoxy-3'-hydroxy-4'-methoxyoxobenzylisoquinoline iodide (2) with the data obtained for the oxobenzylisoquinoline alkaloid thalprzewalskiinone revealed that the original structural

Synthesis and Structure of Novel Organocycloborates

Chemistry – A European Journal, 2005
AbstractA series of α,ω‐boryl(bromo)alkanes of the general formula R2B(CH2)nBr (n=3, 4, 5, 6) was obtained in high yield following a standard hydroboration protocol. Upon treatment with Mg turnings and formation of the respective Grignard species, all alkanes with n=4 to 6 underwent an unprecedented boron‐centered cyclisation reaction with formation ...

Synthesis of the proposed structure of viscosin

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, 1969
Abstract Two diastereoisomeric d -β-hydroxydecanoyl hexapeptides, ( I ) and ( II ), were synthesized. Although the structure ( I ) has been proposed for viscosin, neither compound was not identical with viscosin. The results therefore suggest that the structure of viscosin must be reinvestigated.
