Photobiomodulation‑Engineered Extracellular Vesicles Enhance Neural Differentiation via UFL1‑Mediated UFMylation in Spinal Cord Injury

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Photobiomodulated microglia release engineered extracellular vesicles that deliver UFL1 to the injured spinal cord. UFL1 competitively binds p53 with MDM2, inhibiting p53 ubiquitination and stabilizing p53 signaling. This dual mechanism simultaneously promotes anti‐inflammatory microglial polarization and directs neural stem cell differentiation toward

Artificial Grain Boundaries Created by Freestanding Membrane Transfer Reveal Angle‐Dependent Ferroelectric Switching and Leakage in BaTiO3

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Artificial grain boundaries are created in BaTiO3$\text{BaTiO}_3$ thin films by freestanding membrane transfer, enabling direct isolation of a single boundary. Local ferroelectric switching and leakage are found to concentrate at the grain boundary, while increasing misorientation systematically enhances conduction.

A Biofabricated Human Acinus‐on‐a‐Chip Unveils Mechanotransductive Drivers of Ventilator‐Induced Lung Injury via Decoupling Volutrauma and Barotrauma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This bioinspired acinus‐on‐a‐chip recapitulates VILI pathology, revealing that volutrauma drives P53/NF‐κB pathways while barotrauma triggers mitochondrial‐Wnt dysregulation. A fibrotic transitional cell cluster was identified. Pharmacological interventions targeting these pathways significantly ameliorated injury, establishing a mechanobiological ...

MZF1 Inhibits TGFβ‐1/SMAD Signaling by Transcriptionally Activating SnoN to Augment Tumorigenic Potential in Colon Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study identifies MZF1 as a core regulator of colon cancer via SnoN‐mediated TGF‐β suppression, proposes 10Panx Acetate as a targeted inhibitor, and validates MZF1/SnoN as prognostic markers for aggressive disease. ABSTRACT Colon cancer progression is associated with transcriptional and signaling abnormalities.
