Macrophage‐derived TRIM21 drives the progression of AP via ubiquitin‐proteasome‐mediated degradation of PHB2, leading to impaired PHB2‐mediated mitophagy. Therefore, accumulation of cytosolic mtDNA hyperactivates the cGAS‐STING signaling axis, thereby amplifying inflammatory cascades.

To tackle the alarming mortality rate linked to Candida albicans infections, a synthetic lethal strategy precisely aimed at the two distinct forms of this fungus: yeast and hyphae is formulated. Ultimately, through the innovative use of macrophage membranes for drug delivery, the effectiveness of this strategy is substantially boosted while ...

SIRT5 desuccinylates and stabilizes RAC2, activating CSF1R‐dependent signaling to drive monocyte differentiation into M0 macrophages and their polarization toward pro‐inflammatory M1 phenotypes in CTX‐induced premature ovarian insufficiency. Inhibiting the SIRT5‐RAC2 axis attenuates inflammation, reduces granulosa cell apoptosis, and preserves ...

Inspired by “mortise‐tenon joints”, a halogen bond‐mediated solvation regulation strategy is proposed for gel polymer electrolytes. This approach utilizes π‐hole framework directed halogen bond interactions to weaken solvent‐Li+ coordination, thereby inducing an anion‐dominated weakly solvating structure that facilitates the formation of a highly ion ...

This research provides the first comprehensive evidence that PS‐MPs exacerbate ccRCC progression by activating the NF‐κB and TGF‐β pathways. These findings establish PS‐MPs as an environmental risk factor for ccRCC progression and identify the NF‐κB and TGF‐β signaling as potential therapeutic targets to mitigate the adverse effects of ‐PS‐MPs exposure.
