Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

OPTIMIZATION OF INERTIAL NAVIGATION DAMPING SYSTEM BASED ON SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS

open access: yesJixie qiangdu, 2018
The vibration environment of an inertial navigation system( INS) can bring an adverse effect on its measurement accuracy. A random vibration model of an optical fiber INS is proposed.

Mode of action guided metagenomic natural product discovery reveals convergent evolution of a ClpP-targeting motif

open access: yesNature Communications
The discovery of natural products with specific modes of action from metagenomes remains challenging. Here, we present resistance-CONKAT-seq, a pipeline that links biosynthetic gene clusters (BGCs) to self-resistance genes, enabling identification of ...

Experimental and Simulation Study on Vibration Transmission Characteristics and Vibration Isolation Effect of a New Floating Raft Vibration Isolation System

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
To enhance the floating raft vibration isolation system’s effect, a new two-stiffness floating raft vibration isolation experimental was constructed. First, the system’s mathematical model was established.

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Substructure Synthesis Analysis and Hybrid Control Design for Buildings under Seismic Excitation

open access: yes, 1997
We extend the application of the substructure synthesis method to more complex structures, and establish a design methodology for base isolation and active control in a distributed model of a building under seismic excitation.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
