Absolute Nevanlinna Summability and Fourier Series

open access: yes, 2000
We adopt here an extended version of the absolute Nevanlinna summability and apply it to study Fourier series of functions of bounded variations. The absolute Riesz summability |R,n,γ|, γ≥0, which is equivalent to the absolute Cesàro summability |C,γ ...

A strong version of Poisson summation

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1997
We establish a generalized version of the classical Poisson summation formula. This formula incorporates a special feature called “compression”, whereby, at the same time that the formula equates a series to its Fourier dual, the compressive feature ...

Dual PI3K/AKT and CDK4/6 inhibition reveals selective sensitivity in an SHH medulloblastoma stem cell model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

On strong Nörlund summability of Fourier series

open access: yes, 2006
In this note, a sufficient condition for summability [N,pn(1),2] of Fourier series has been obtained which in conjunction with the author's Tauberian theorem [M.L. Mittal, A Tauberian theorem on strong Nörlund summability, J. Indian Math. Soc.

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

On Deferred Statistical Summability in Intuitionistic Fuzzy $n$-Normed Linear Space [PDF]

open access: yesSahand Communications in Mathematical Analysis
In this paper, we define strong deferred summability and deferred statistical summability in intuitionistic fuzzy \(n\)-normed linear spaces (briefly called IF-\(n\)-NLS) and study some of their properties.

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

On absolute summability factors for $|\overline{N}, p_n|_k$ summability

open access: yes, 1991
summary:In this paper a theorem on $|\overline{N}, p_n|_k$ summability factors, which generalizes a theorem of Mishra and Srivastava [MS] on $[C,1]_k$ summability factors, has been ...
