Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Logarithmic summability for integrals
In this thesis, we are going to extend the logarithmic summability for series to integrals of continuous functions. We first look into three properties of the logarithmic summability as a summability method, including regularity, limitation and Tauberian

On the Introduction of Convergence Factors into Summable Series and Summable Integrals [PDF]
The object of this paper is to develop certain general theorems about convergence factors. In the case of series we shall mean by convergence factors a set of functions of a parameter which, when introduced as factors of the successive terms of the series, cause a divergent series to converge, or a series which is already convergent to converge more ...

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Eccentric p-Summing Lipschitz Operators and Integral Inequalities on Metric Spaces and Graphs
The extension of the concept of p-summability for linear operators to the context of Lipschitz operators on metric spaces has been extensively studied in recent years.
