VIEW, EarlyView.Inhibiting the SUMOylation modification of TRPM4 can prevent the vascular endothelial damage caused by ATO. Inhibition of TRPM4 SUMOylation, either pharmacologically by GA or genetically by the K618R mutation, protects against ATO‐induced vascular endothelial damage.
