Simulated microgravity induces distinct mitochondrial hyperactivation patterns‐elevated OXPHOS and MMP‐which accelerate meiosis without SAC failure but delays MTOC coalescence, leading to spindle defects and meiotic arrest. Prolonging M‐phase restores MTOC assembly and oocyte maturation.

Studies on Superovulation in the Rabbit with Special Reference to Repeated Superovulation

家兎において多数の卵子あるいは受精卵を得るための過排卵ならびに反復過排卵誘起法について検討し,つぎの成績が得られた.1) FSHとLHないしFSHとHCGの組み合わせにより家兎に過排卵処置を行なったところ,1頭当り平均30個以上の受精卵が得られた.2) 反復して過排卵処置を行なう場合,1回目の採卵時前後にエストロジェンを投与しておくと,2回目の排卵数の低下がある程度防がれた.3) 回収された卵子のうち受精卵の子宮への移行は交配後67時間目で初めてみられたのに対し,未受精卵の場合は46時間目ですでに子宮より検出された.4) 過排卵処置により得られた受精卵を排卵時期を同期化した偽妊娠家兎に移植し正常子が分娩された.
