Targeting Wnt3a and Loxl2 Synergistically Induces Ferroptosis in Liver Cancer Stem Cells and Suppresses Tumorigenesis

open access: yesCancer Science, Volume 117, Issue 4, Page 972-982, April 2026.
Using bioinformatic analysis, LCSC models, and transgenic mice, we demonstrate that co‐inhibition of Wnt3a and Loxl2 potently triggers ferroptosis and inhibits orthotopic liver tumorigenesis. The enhanced antitumor effect upon dual targeting, mediated through ZEB1 upregulation, highlights a promising combinatory approach against HCC.

EFFECT OF SUPEROVULATION ON MILK YIELD IN THE NILI-RAVI BUFFALO (BUBALUS BUBALIS)

open access: yesPakistan Veterinary Journal, 2003
This study determined the effect of superovulatory treatment on milk yield of buffaloes. Eleven lactating buffaloes of the Nili-Ravi breed were treated with follicle stimulating hormone for superovulation.

Hormonal, follicular and endometrial dynamics in letrozole-treated versus natural cycles in patients undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The objective of this study was to compare letrozole-stimulated cycles to natural cycles in 208 patients undergoing intrauterine insemination (IUI) between July of 2004 and January of 2007. Group I (n = 47) received cycle monitoring only (natural group),

Induction of superovulation in Camelids

open access: yesSPERMOVA, 2015

FSH in bovine superovulation [PDF]

open access: yesBionatura, 2019
Bovine follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is the hormone mainly used for superovulation treatments. It is used so that several secondary follicles can reach a dominant state at the same time and thus, treated cows can release up to ten or more ovules in each zeal, decreasing the generational interval and increasing livestock production.

Unexplained Infertility: An Update

open access: yesThe Obstetrician &Gynaecologist, Volume 28, Issue 2, Page 100-108, April 2026.
ABSTRACT Key Content Unexplained infertility accounts for up to 30% of cases of infertility. Potential causes for unexplained infertility have been proposed including reduced oocyte quality, poor endometrial receptivity, ovulatory PCOS, subclinical endometriosis and low semen quality.

Prenatal Growth in Uterus of Does by Superovulation

open access: yesHayati Journal of Biosciences, 2007
Thirty six Etawah-grade does (BW 20.4-44.2 kg, age 2.5-7 years) were used to study the efficacy of increasing secretion of endogenous hormones of pregnancy by superovulation of does to stimulate of growth prenatal in uterus.

Reproductive Performance of Ongole Grade, Simmental, and Limousin Cattle Given Superovulation Treatment

open access: yesJurnal Agripet
Reproductive technologies have the potential to enhance livestock productivity, with superovulation being one such method aimed at increasing the number of ovulated oocytes per estrous cycle through hormonal stimulation.

USP9X as a Candidate Mediator of Prenatal Aspirin‐Induced Ovarian Reserve Reduction in Offspring Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 16, 18 March 2026.
This study suggests that prenatal aspirin exposure is associated with reduced ovarian reserve in offspring, associated with HDAC1‐linked epigenetic downregulation of Usp9x as a candidate mechanism. These preclinical findings provide new insights into fetal‐origin ovarian disorders and contribute to the evidence base concerning aspirin's gestational ...

Transcription Factor TCF12‐Mediated Maternal Gene Expressions in Mouse Oocyte Are Prerequisites of Successful Fertilisation and Zygotic Genome Activation

open access: yesCell Proliferation, Volume 59, Issue 3, March 2026.
Maternal TCF12 ensures the competence of fertilisation by controlling the expression of Astl and the proper location of cortical granules. Furthermore, maternal TCF12 maintains the phosphatase activity of PP2A by regulating the expression of Arpp19. Oocyte‐specific deletion of Tcf12 leads to fertilisation defects as well as ZGA failure at the 2‐cell ...
