SUSY breaking in monopole quivers

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
We study 3d monopole quivers, theories with product gauge groups interacting through monopole superpotentials and we observe that they are a natural setup for the study of the spontaneous breaking of 3d N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 supersymmetry.

N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 conformal duals of gauged E n MN models

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
We suggest three new N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 conformal dual pairs. First, we argue that the N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 2 E 6 Minahan-Nemeschansky (MN) theory with a USp(4) subgroup of the E 6 global symmetry conformally gauged with an N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 1 ...

Non-perturbative tests of duality cascades in three dimensional supersymmetric gauge theories

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
It has been conjectured that duality cascade occurs in the N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 3 supersymmetric Yang-Mills Chern-Simons theory with the gauge group U(N) k × U(N + M) −k coupled to two bi-fundamental hypermultiplets. The brane picture suggests that this

Notes on Characterizations of 2d Rational SCFTs: Algebraicity, Mirror Symmetry, and Complex Multiplication

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 73, Issue 1-2, February 2025.
Abstract S. Gukov and C. Vafa proposed a characterization of rational N=(1,1)$N=(1,1)$ superconformal field theories (SCFTs) in 1+1$1+1$ dimensions with Ricci‐flat Kähler target spaces in terms of the Hodge structure of the target space, extending an earlier observation by G. Moore.

Perfecting one-loop BCJ numerators in SYM and supergravity

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We take a major step towards computing D-dimensional one-loop amplitudes in general gauge theories, compatible with the principles of unitarity and the color-kinematics duality.

Some Relationships Between Dualities in String Theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
Some relationships between string theories and eleven-dimensional supergravity are discussed and reviewed. We see how some relationships can be derived from others.

T‐Symmetry in String Geometry Theory

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
String geometry theory is one of the candidates of nonperturbative formulation of string theory. In this paper, we have shown that dimensionally reduced string geometry theories have what we call T‐symmetry. In the case of the dimensional reduction in space‐like directions, the T‐symmetry transformation gives the T‐dual transformation between the Type ...

On Calabi‐Yau Manifolds at Strong Topological String Coupling

open access: yesFortschritte der Physik, Volume 72, Issue 12, December 2024.
Abstract It was recently shown that integrating out M2 states on Calabi‐Yau manifolds captures non‐perturbative topological string physics in the free energy. In this note, It has been shown that the resulting expression manifests a certain duality symmetry: the free energy at strong string coupling is equal to the Calabi‐Yau period at weak string ...

Infinite-dimensional algebraic Spin $$ \mathfrak{Spin} $$ (N) structure in extended/higher dimensional SUSY holoraumy for valise and on shell supermultiplet representations

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We explore the relationship between holoraumy and Hodge duality beyond four dimensions. We find this relationship to be ephemeral beyond six dimensions: it is not demanded by the structure of such supersymmetrical theories.
