We review mechanisms of dynamical supersymmetry breaking. Several observations that narrow the search for possible models of dynamical supersymmetry breaking are summarized. These observations include the necessary and sufficient conditions for supersymmetry breaking.

Interpolation of partial and full supersymmetry breakings in N=2 supergravity
We discuss an N=2 supergravity model that interpolates the full and the partial supersymmetry breakings. In particular, we find the conditions for an N=0 Minkowski vacuum, which is continuously connected to the partial-breaking (N=1 preserving) one.

Unified models of the QCD axion and supersymmetry breaking
Similarities between the gauge meditation of supersymmetry breaking and the QCD axion model suggest that they originate from the same dynamics. We present a class of models where supersymmetry and the Peccei–Quinn symmetry are simultaneously broken.
