Novel approach for detection of cell antigen coexpression using immunological biochip
New approach for detection of large number of different variants of cell antigen coexpression using the immunological biochip is suggested in this work. Novel construction of immunological biochip for cell investigation with test zones as strips and new ...

Pooled protein immunization for identification of cell surface antigens in Streptococcus sanguinis. [PDF]
Available bacterial genomes provide opportunities for screening vaccines by reverse vaccinology. Efficient identification of surface antigens is required to reduce time and animal cost in this technology.

Recombinant subunit vaccines against Neospora caninum [PDF]
The intracellular protozoan parasite Neospora caninum is an important cause of bovine abortion and congenital infection in many countries. Currently there is no effective control method available, and development of a vaccine has been suggested as a ...

Approaches to overcome flow cytometry limitations in the analysis of cells from veterinary relevant species [PDF]
BACKGROUND: Flow cytometry is a powerful tool for the multiparameter analysis of leukocyte subsets on the single cell level. Recent advances have greatly increased the number of fluorochrome-labeled antibodies in flow cytometry.

Next‐generation proteomics improves lung cancer risk prediction
This is one of very few studies that used prediagnostic blood samples from participants of two large population‐based cohorts. We identified, evaluated, and validated an innovative protein marker model that outperformed an established risk prediction model and criteria employed by low‐dose computed tomography in lung cancer screening trials.

Effective therapeutic targeting of CTNNB1‐mutant hepatoblastoma with WNTinib
WNTinib, a Wnt/CTNNB1 inhibitor, was tested in hepatoblastoma (HB) experimental models. It delayed tumor growth and improved survival in CTNNB1‐mutant in vivo models. In organoids, WNTinib outperformed cisplatin and showed enhanced efficacy in combination therapy, supporting its potential as a targeted treatment for CTNNB1‐mutated HB.

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.
