Comparative Effectiveness and Safety of Inebilizumab Versus Rituximab in AQP4‐IgG‐Positive NMOSD
ABSTRACT Objective Rituximab (anti‐CD20, RTX) and inebilizumab (anti‐CD19, INE) represent B‐cell‐depleting therapies used for aquaporin‐4 antibody‐positive (AQP4‐IgG+) neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD); however, direct comparative evidence remains limited.

Purpose The study aimed to identify symptom‐based predictors of dry eye disease (DED) signs in the Sjögrens International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) cohort. Methods Retrospective analysis examining 16 ocular symptoms (most graded 0‐4) and artificial tear (AT) use (graded 0‐3) as predictors of DED signs [abnormal ocular surface staining ...

Effects of sand ripples on the wave-induced seabed instability of the surface seabed
Wave-induced seabed instability significantly impacts the hydrodynamics of flow-particle interaction near the seabed surface. Previous studies on seabed instability mostly assume a flat seabed, neglecting the influence of sand ripple morphology on wave ...

Slope-controlled surface instabilities
Stochastic Monte Carlo simulations have been used to reproduce recent experimental studies of nanoisland growth on silicon surfaces. In the presence of a Schwoebel barrier the surface shows two different phases (flat areas in coexistence with tall mounds), in agreement with experimental results.

The corrosion performance of AlSi7Mg and AlSi10Mg alloys produced through selective laser melting (SLM) was examined under compressive stress in a chloride environment. Electrochemical analyses, including open‐circuit potential (OCP), potentiodynamic polarization (CPP), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), were complemented by scanning ...

Low‐cycle fatigue damage in Mn–Mo–Ni reactor pressure vessel steel is examined using a combined electron backscatter diffraction and positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy approach. The study correlates texture evolution, dislocation substructure development, and vacancy‐type defect formation across uniform, necked, and fracture regions, providing

Stability of mud-water interface under long surface waves
Fluid mud often exists in coastal areas with an interface separating it from its upper water layer. When a surface wave propagates over a bed covered with water and fluid mud, it will cause an interfacial wave of the mud-water interface, which damps the ...

Geometry‐driven thermal behavior in wire‐arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) influences microstructural evolution during nonequilibrium solidification of a chemically complex Fe–Cr–Nb–W–Mo–C nanocomposite system. By comparing different deposits configurations, distinct entropy–cooling rate correlations, segregation, and carbide evolution are revealed ...
