Decoding IGLL5 Mutation‐Mediated BCR Signaling: A Novel Mechanism of CD8+ T Cell Exhaustion and Ocular MALT Lymphoma Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
OAML harbors recurrent IGLL5 mutations that reinforce CD79A/CD79B‐associated BCR signaling. Mechanistic analysis of the S47G and A54G variants reveals induction of CXCL10/CXCL11, enhanced CD8+ T‐cell recruitment, and exhaustion‐associated dysfunction, supporting an immune‐tolerant niche.

Analysis of Excavation with Numerical Simulation and Monitoring Data Has Effect on Surface Subsidence

open access: yesDEStech Transactions on Materials Science and Engineering, 2017
Excavations cause the settlement of surrounding soil and have other adverse effects on surrounding buildings, traffic, underground facilities and so on. In this paper, a three-dimensional model is established by finite element software Midas/GTS based on the top-down excavation of underground works in Hefei New Traffic Building.

Corals and Reef‐Dwelling Fish Regulate Carbon Storage and Cycling Processes in Coral Reef Ecosystems

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Coral reefs are biodiversity hotspots, yet their role in carbon storage and cycling remains poorly understood. Using field surveys and modeling in the South China Sea, we reveal the overlooked potential of carbon storage in reef ecosystems and how reef fish, corals, and surface sediment jointly shape reef carbon reservoirs.

Integrating field and numerical modeling methods for applied urban karst hydrogeology [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Infrastructures constructed on unstable geologic formations are prone to subsidence. Data have been collected in the context of an upgrading project for a highway located beside a river dam constructed on gypsum-bearing formations.

HNRNPD Induces Radioresistance in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma by Sequestering GRAMD4 mRNA in Stress Granules

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
HNRNPD promotes radioresistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma by enhancing stress granule assembly and sequestering GRAMD4 mRNA. This suppresses GRAMD4 translation and inhibits mitochondrial apoptosis. Targeting the integrated stress response with ISRIB restores GRAMD4 expression and sensitizes tumors to radiotherapy, revealing a translational control ...

Lilrb4a Suppression Reprograms Microglia to Mitigate APOE4‐Associated Amyloid Plaques and Cerebral Amyloid Angiopathy in Association With a PPAR‐Linked Pro‐Clearance State

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Targeting Lilrb4a in Apolipoprotein E4 (APOE4)‐associated Alzheimer's disease (AD) reprograms microglia toward a beneficial, phagocytic state. Genetic deletion or antisense inhibition of Lilrb4a suppresses p‐SHP2/NF‐κB/STAT1 signaling, restores PPAR‐linked lipid and energy metabolism, and reduces amyloid plaque burden and cerebral amyloid angiopathy ...
