Surface Multi-Hazard Effects of Underground Coal Mining in Mountainous Regions
Underground coal mining induces surface subsidence, which in turn impacts the stability of slopes in mountainous regions. However, research that investigates the coupling relationship between surface subsidence in mountainous regions and the occurrence ...

SENSING THE LAND SUBSIDENCE IN THE VENICE LAGOON BY INTERFEROMETRIC POINT TARGET ANALYSIS
Land subsidence is a severe geologic hazard threading the lowlying coastal areas worldwide. Monitoring land subsidence has been significantly improved over the last few years by space borne earth observation techniques based on SAR (Synthetic Aperture ...

This study presents a surfaceome‐reprogramming strategy for mutation‐independent lung cancer therapy by repurposing dexamethasone to prime mesenchymal stem cell‐derived nanovesicles. The engineered vesicles leverage multi‐valent interactions mediated by upregulated adhesion proteins, EPHA2, and NOTCH3.

Monitoring of Mining-Induced Surface Subsidence Based on Multi-Source Data Fusion
A method for extracting mining-induced surface subsidence based on multi-source data fusion is proposed by integrating the advantages of InSAR, PIM, and UAV technologies. This approach first employs InSAR to obtain time-series cumulative subsidence basins and constructs constraint conditions to distinguish between high-gradient deformation zones ...

The Spatiotemporal Genetic Architecture of Seed Vigor in Upland Cotton
Leveraging the semi‐automated SeedRanger platform, we profiled the germination kinetics of 356 cotton accessions at a 30‐min interval. This high‐throughput phenomic approach delineated a temporal genetic network comprising 541 stage‐specific loci. Crucially, functional validation identified FLA2 as a pivotal, auxin‐modulated regulator that orchestrates

Monitoring long-term peat subsidence with subsidence platens in Zegveld, The Netherlands

Peat oxidation in peat meadow areas is causing greenhouse gas emissions as well as land subsidence. Due to yearly fluctuations in soil surface level, long-term monitoring is needed to determine long-term net subsidence rates.

Single‐cell RNA editing analysis identifies ADAR1 as a regulator of dysfunctional T cell states in colorectal cancer. Elevated ADAR1 activity promotes T cell exhaustion and impairs antitumor immunity partly through TGF‐β‐SMAD signaling, contributing to anti‐PD‐1 resistance and highlighting T cell ADAR1 as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker ...
