Electric field‑driven continuous gradient hydrogel GHZF4 achieves spatiotemporal growth factor release, modulates immune microenvironment, angiogenesis and osteochondral differentiation. It realizes cell‑free functional osteochondral repair in rat/rabbit models, offering a promising biomimetic strategy for gradient tissue regeneration.

Aberrant GALNT7‐mediated O‐GalNAcylation stabilizes TAZ to drive gallbladder cancer progression through a feed‐forward transcriptional loop. Cobalt Single‐Atom Nanozyme for Enhanced Intestinal Radioprotection and Tumor Radiosensitization via Bidirectional ROS Modulation

Orally administered, pH‐responsive Co‐SAN exerts dual functions: in the alkaline intestinal milieu, it scavenges reactive oxygen species (ROS) and suppresses the PI3K/AKT pathway and NETs formation, thus providing radioprotection; whereas in the acidic tumor microenvironment, it generates ROS and alleviates hypoxia, thereby enhancing radiosensitization.
