SWAT hydrological model as a DaaS cloud service
Earth Science Informatics, 2016Earth Science community depends on the exploration, analysis and reprocessing of high volumes of data as well as the modeling and simulation of complex coupled systems on multiple scales. The main aim of this article is to introduce a new hydrological modeling service based on the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) (Arnold et al.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF SWAT CUP AND SWATSHARE FOR CALIBRATING SWAT MODELS
2020Soil and water assessment tool model (SWAT model) is a widely used model when dealing with large and complex watershed simulations. To correctly predict runoff of a watershed, auto-calibration methods are applied. Among all the platforms, SWAT CUP is widely used in the SWAT model community.

Transferability of SWAT Models between SWAT2009 and SWAT2012
Journal of Environmental Quality, 2014In recent years, the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) has experienced upgrades with enhanced functionalities and modeling capacities as it gets to the current version, SWAT2012. Changes in the SWAT code on a specific process may result in propagating influences in the output of other related processes.

SWAT Hydrological Model and Big Data Techniques
2017Meteorological and hydrological data includes a wide range of items with complex format and large scale. In the era of big data, it brings great opportunities and challenges to meteorology and hydrology services. Because isolated information resources and industry data barriers bring incomplete data parameters, which makes the hydrological model ...

A Simple Alternative In-stream Model for SWAT
Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Environmental Regulations II, 2013The current generation of basin scale models perform well in upland areas, but relatively poorlyin-stream. The source of this weakness is either the use of a unrealistic model for a particularstream system or the lack of data to parameterize the in-stream model. Limited resources crippleour efforts to setup highly parameterized in-stream models.

Modeling of a River Basin Using SWAT Model
2018In the present study, process-based rainfall-runoff model namely Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) was calibrated for Manimala River basin in Kerala, with a catchment area of 780 km2. The observed data of rainfall-runoff for a period of 8 years 2000–2007 were used for calibration and validation of the basin.

Development of the Integrated SWAT-VFSMOD model
2010 Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, June 20 - June 23, 2010, 2010Because of negative impacts of sediment-laden water by accelerated soil erosion and transport processes, many researchers have been investigating to develop most effective soil erosion management practices. Hydraulic structures such as soil erosion control dams and grit chamber are installed widely.

Application of SWAT Model in Taleghan Catchment
2015In Tehran province of Iran, Taleghan basin is one of subsidiary basin of sefidrood catchment basin consist of 19 subsidiary basins. Each of which reflected as a self regulating hydrological branch. Taleghan catchment alienated into 28 hydrological sub-basins. By using GIS method inclined regions of catchment categorized into five classes.
