Room temperature magnetization switching in topological insulator-ferromagnet heterostructures by spin-orbit torques [PDF]
Topological insulators with spin-momentum-locked topological surface states are expected to exhibit a giant spin-orbit torque in the topological insulator/ferromagnet systems.

Emerging role of ARHGAP29 in melanoma cell phenotype switching
This study gives first insights into the role of ARHGAP29 in malignant melanoma. ARHGAP29 was revealed to be connected to tumor cell plasticity, promoting a mesenchymal‐like, invasive phenotype and driving tumor progression. Further, it modulates cell spreading by influencing RhoA/ROCK signaling and affects SMAD2 activity. Rho GTPase‐activating protein

Anomalous spin-orbit torque switching due to field-like torque–assisted domain wall reflection [PDF]
The switching probability of spin-orbit torque devices is controlled by the field-like torque, and switching back can occur. Spin-orbit torques (SOTs) allow the electrical control of magnetic states.

Specific Emitter Identification Based on Deep Residual Networks
Specific emitter identification (SEI) enables the discrimination of individual radio emitters with the external features carried by the received waveforms. This identification technique has been widely adopted in military and civil applications. However,

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

A Transceiver Design Based on an Autoencoder Network for Multi-Color VLC Systems
We propose a transceiver design method based on an autoencoder (AE) network for multi-color visible light communication (VLC) systems. Taking into account the chromaticity constraint described by MacAdam ellipses and the peak-value constraint of ...

Radar High-Resolution Range Profile Target Recognition by the Dual Parallel Sequence Network Model
Using traditional neural network algorithms to adapt to high-resolution range profile (HRRP) target recognition is a complex problem in the current radar target recognition field. Under the premise of in-depth analysis of the long short-term memory (LSTM)
