ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

Highly Scalable Neuromorphic Hardware with 1-bit Stochastic nano-Synapses
Thermodynamic-driven filament formation in redox-based resistive memory and the impact of thermal fluctuations on switching probability of emerging magnetic switches are probabilistic phenomena in nature, and thus, processes of binary switching in these ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Information Spreading on Two-Layered Multiplex Networks With Limited Contact
Information spreading on multiplex complex networks has been widely concerned. In reality, the constraints of inelastic resources, such as energy, time, money, and an individual's restrict contact capacities, can affect the information spreading process.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Dynamic Resource Allocation With RAN Slicing and Scheduling for uRLLC and eMBB Hybrid Services
To cope with the limited radio and power resources, designing energy- and cost-efficient resource allocation strategy with RAN slicing and scheduling is important in ensuring the extreme QoS of differentiated Internet of things (IoT) services.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
