Synchronized Electro‐Chromo‐Emissive Devices Using a Mixed Ionic‐Electronic Conductive Layer for XR Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 13, 12 February 2026.
A single cell type Electro‐chromo‐emissive (ECECL) device integrating synchronized electrochromic (EC) and electrochemiluminescent (ECL) functions is developed using a mixed ionic‐electronic conductor (MIEC). A MIEC layer reduces ionic/electronic resistance, enabling ultrafast switching and enhanced optical contrast.

Mimicking Capacity Degradation in a Lithium Ion Battery Anode in Cells With a Li Metal Electrode: A Perspective on Advantages

open access: yesAdvanced Energy and Sustainability Research, Volume 7, Issue 2, February 2026.
Typically, anode R&D proceeds in Li cells. However, the unlimited Li inventory and full relithiation during charge renders this method less realistic as active lithium loss (ALL) is not considered. Also, the fixed charge cut‐off voltage/potential is sensitively prone to small overvoltages(‐potentials), thus to capacity fluctuations and low ...

Tower Air-gaps discharge characteristics and insulation coordination for UHV AC double-circuit line

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2019
In order to give out inverse V-type insulator tower air-gaps configuration of double-circuit UHV AC power transmission line, different distance air-gaps from high-voltage electrode to tower frame discharge tests of inverse V-string are carried out ...

Lifetime of the Gas Evolution Electrode of the Zn–H2 Storage System

open access: yesFuel Cells, Volume 26, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT A novel electrically chargeable galvanic system is presented that efficiently stores energy in the form of zinc and releases hydrogen and electricity upon discharge. In this concept, oxygen is released at the gas electrode during charging, and zinc oxide is reduced to metallic zinc at the counter electrode.

About the stabilization of the dendritic structure of GG brand copper powder [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
In industry copper powder is recieved under constant current load. Surface roughening occurs during evolution of the dendritic particles. It is suggested to create a new impulse of current equal to the initial current density of 3200 A/m2 in order to ...

Study of Switching Overvoltage Protection Measures for Capacitor Compensation Device

open access: yesKongzhi Yu Xinxi Jishu, 2014
The harm of using damping and limiting measures to eliminate switching overvoltage of FC device was analyzed in theory and simulation. It presents that input overvoltage protection mainly depends on the insulation capability of the device and the effect ...
